About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle Yin — a performer, model, and a girl who is passionate about STEM, real-world leadership, and using fashion as a bridge between artistry and advocacy.
Through four years of microfinance work and leading my nonprofit, I’ve learned how insight can restore dignity and turn the spotlight that once shone on me into light for others. I also led civic initiatives that help Asian-American youth and families become informed and engaged in public life.
The spotlight taught me composure, mathematics taught me clarity, and service gives both meaning.
